Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate brand-building events with the sales and marketing team.
• Implement marketing activities, including product marketing, communications, POS, e-commerce, and training, aligned with HQ/APAC guidelines.
• Plan and execute company activations, retail store promotions, and local events, including collaborations with local chefs.
• Manage marketing communications (online/offline), campaigns, website, and webshop activations.
• Ensure timely delivery of media materials aligned with global brand strategy.
• Handle CRM tasks, including customer data collection, activity tracking, and complaint management.
• Oversee internal and external events calendars, coordinating schedules for culinary and partner activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of marketing and branding concepts is a plus.
• Passionate about lifestyle products and services.
