Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing business growth, meeting strategic targets and driving customer acquisition in the waste management business
  • Researching in the new markets and improving sales
  • Identifying potential clients and acquiring new businesses
  • Developing and keeping clients’ accounts strategy in line with company business plan to achieve profitable revenue growth and increase market share
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to keep up with current trends
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
    Attending monthly meetings including presenting annual sales targets
  • Providing monthly sales reports
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1 years of work experience in B2B Sales in any industry, preferably for Waste management or related industry
  • Possess license and own vehicle (Either Car or Motorcycle)
  • Good business acumen and experienced in mass market selling and cold calling
  • Account management
  • Preparation of tenders, contracts, quality proposal and presentations to clients
  • Highly motivated to drive growth and able to work in a customer-fronting, fast-paced environment
