Responsibilities:

• Review and manage contract renewal with IT vendors under MAS Outsourcing Guideline
• Any other ad hoc duties
• Manage IT Risk Framework (e.g., Risk Register, Tech Committee, critical system assessment, IT outsourcing due diligence).
• Collaborate with Japan HO IT Risk Management & Cybersecurity teams on risk assessments and exercises.
• Conduct Cybersecurity Training for employees and senior management, including incident response exercises.
• Provide general security awareness training for all staff.
• Maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Liaise with IT auditors and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee IT environment security controls and work with teams to enhance security (e.g., patch management, access control).
• Review and renew vendor contracts under MAS Outsourcing Guidelines.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT Risk and Cybersecurity, preferably in the banking or regulated industries with MAS technology regulation exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, PCs/devices, cloud services, and platform operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and take on relevant assignments.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 or certifications like CISSP/CISM preferred.
