Service Sales Manager [Access Door | Up to $5k]

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the Service Department, driving business growth and profitability through service calls, resource scheduling, staffing, sales revenue, and stock control.
• Handle debt collection for service customers.
• Provide accurate technical advice and prepare quotations for servicing, repairs, and installations.
• Coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to clients.
• Support Occupational Health and Safety for employees and subcontractors.
• Assist with production paperwork for accurate manufacturing of door products.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
• Prepare and process invoices promptly to meet monthly deadlines.
• Notify Directors of any incidents or liabilities impacting the company or its insurers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of Service Sales experience in access control, automatic doors, smart security, or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of company products to meet customer needs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Prior team management experience.
• Background as a Service Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales professional.
