Responsibilities :
- Main Product is document scanner
- Regional technical support for ASEAN and South Asia Region
- Providing scanner itself and Enterprise Content Management Solutions by utilizing their Scanner and Data Server
- Post-sales support: providing technical support to partner or customer after purchasing our product.
- Assist Technical team of partner and customer to tackle and resolve technical issue
- able to dissemble and assemble scanner according to maintenance manual (training provided)
- train and enable service partner to provide post-sales support to end-user
- manage and process of warranty claims, demo/standby unit loan, spare part cannibalization, with system and paperwork
- installation and configuration of hardware and software products
- Pre-sales support: support sales activity as technical expertise
- Assists sales team, partner or customer to win and deliver goals
- Demonstration of hardware and software product
- assist in integration of own product with 3rd party solution
- training and enable partner on pre-sales technical capabilities
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience as technical support engineer in handling scanner machine
- Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Able to Oversea Travel (average 1 trip per quarter, location: Thai, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore.)
