Eligibility

• Referrers: Current GJC candidates that have applied for a role through GJC in the past 24 months.
• Referees: New candidates who have not registered with GJC within the past 24 months, or inactive candidates who have not been placed by GJC within the past 24 months.

Referral Process

• Referrers must provide the referee’s full name and contact information through the official GJC personnel.
• Referees must acknowledge the referral during their registration or re-activation process with GJC or will not be eligible for rewards.

Reward Structure

• $300.00 – Awarded to the referrer (brand ambassador) when the referee successfully completes their first 90-day period with the employer.

Payment Terms

• After the 90-day period, all rewards will be paid via bank transfer to a Singapore bank account under the referrer’s name within 60 days.
• GJC will not be responsible for any delays or errors in payment due to incorrect banking information provided by the referrer.

General Conditions

• GJC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both referrers and referees.
• GJC reserves the right to disqualify any referral or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
• These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by GJC at any time, with notice provided through the GJC website or referral portal.

Termination:

• GJC may terminate this referral programme at any time with 30 days’ notice.
• Referrers or referees may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying GJC in writing.

Disputes:

• Any disputes arising from this programme shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
