How the job consultation works

Contact for registration interest

First, please contact us to register your interest. We will then make an appointment for a registration interview. If you are unable to come to our office for the interview, we can interview you by phone or video call.

Interview and job introduction

At the interview, a consultant will discuss with you the job you are looking for and introduce a position that meets your needs. If you don’t have a specific job in mind, our consultant can make a proposal. The interview is scheduled to last one hour, but can be shortened if needed.

Communication via phone and email

Introductions and information about new job openings will be provided at any time after the interview. We will keep you updated on opportunities and communicate with you by phone or e-mail.

Hiring results and follow-up

After the company interview, we will inform the registrant of whether or not he/she has been hired. Please be assured that we will follow up with you regardless of whether you are hired or not. All services are free of charge.
